Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Alphos Technologies Private Limited (“Alphos”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the public website at alphostech.com.
This page is website privacy-policy content based on how the public site is built today. It has not been independently legally reviewed. It does not describe every internal business system Alphos may use off this website.
Information We Collect
On the public website we currently collect personal information when you choose to send an enquiry through the Contact page. The website also makes technical requests that are normal for a WordPress / Elementor site, and it loads a small number of third-party resources described below.
We do not operate a customer login, newsletter signup, payment checkout, or public comment form on this website.
Information You Provide
If you use the enquiry form on the Contact page, you may provide:
- Name (required)
- Business / Company (optional)
- Email (required)
- Phone (optional)
- What do you need help with? (required topic selection)
- Message (required)
The form also includes a hidden honeypot field that people are not asked to fill in. That field is used only to help reject automated submissions.
How We Use Information
We use enquiry information to read your request, reply to you, and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use the public website to run advertising campaigns, and we do not state on this site that Alphos sells personal information.
Enquiry / Form Information
The Contact page form posts to WordPress admin-post.php. It is not Contact Form 7, WPForms, Fluent Forms, or an Elementor Pro form.
Submissions are checked with a WordPress nonce and basic validation. Required fields must be completed, and the email address must be a valid format. If the honeypot field is filled, the submission is discarded and is not emailed.
When a valid submission is accepted, WordPress wp_mail() sends a plain-text message to the website administration email address, which is currently work@alphostech.com. The message includes the fields you entered. The email Reply-To header uses the name and email address you provided so we can answer you.
This website does not publish a response-time guarantee.
Email Communication
If you email work@alphostech.com, or if we reply to an enquiry, we handle that correspondence as business email. Delivery depends on our hosting mail configuration. This website does not document a separate third-party email marketing or CRM product.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The public homepage, inspected as an anonymous visitor request, did not send a Set-Cookie header in the HTTP response.
WordPress may set cookies when someone uses a WordPress login or administration screen. Those cookies are for operating the CMS, not for a public marketing tracker that we configured in the child theme.
Third-party resources listed in “Third-Party Services” may use cookies or similar technologies under those providers’ own policies. We do not control those providers.
This website does not currently display a cookie consent banner.
Third-Party Services
The following third-party requests were present in the public homepage HTML at the time this policy was written:
- Google Fonts, loaded by Elementor from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com (font families referenced in the page source include Inter, JetBrains Mono, and Space Grotesk).
- A script at img1.wsimg.com/traffic-assets/js/tccl.min.js, which is associated with GoDaddy hosting traffic tooling. Alphos has not published a separate first-party analytics product in WordPress.
- WordPress.org emoji assets from s.w.org.
The public pages also load WordPress, Elementor, Hello Elementor, and Header Footer Builder (Turbo) files from this website. Those are part of how the site is built.
We did not find a public reCAPTCHA widget, map embed, social-media embed, or advertising pixel in the public page source we inspected.
Google, GoDaddy, and WordPress.org process technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) according to their own policies when a browser requests their files. We have not documented additional data-processing contracts for those requests on this page.
Data Security
The public website is served over HTTPS. The enquiry form uses WordPress sanitization, a nonce, and a honeypot field. We do not publish a full description of hosting, backup, or email-server security controls.
Data Retention
Enquiry messages that are emailed to work@alphostech.com are retained as business email unless we delete them. This website does not publish a fixed retention period.
Your Rights / Choices
You can choose not to submit the enquiry form. Optional fields can be left blank.
To ask about information you sent through the enquiry form or by email, contact work@alphostech.com. We will consider requests to access, correct, or delete that correspondence, subject to any legal or operational records we must keep.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business enquiries. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit the enquiry form. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through this website, email work@alphostech.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page when the website or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
